When you place an order with us please keep in mind that all sales are final after 48 hours of processing an invoice. Client can cancelled the order for a full amount within two days.

Operation of this unit is at consumer's own risk, and Evatech, Inc. can not be held liable for any property, business, personal damage, bodily injury or death.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Evatech, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its product, and the components parts thereof, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Evatech, Inc. will, without charge, repair or replace, at its option, defective product or component parts upon delivery to an authorized Evatech, Inc. service contractor or the factory service department. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping cost incurred. The return product must be accompanied by proof of the purchase date in the form of a sales receipt or acquiring confirmation number from Evatech, Inc. In case of proof of purchase lost, a new one can be obtained from Evatech, Inc. www.evatech.net after confirming purchaser name and info.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse of the product. It becomes null and void as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs. This includes, and not limited to altering, tampering, and opening the brain box.

Evatech, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential damages, including without limitation damages resulting from loss of use, injury, death, or others.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
